"My patience is fine, but a lot of people aren't. I love to watch people so I am enjoying it," says Holling Shirley.
Well if you enjoy it or not, these seniors are all here for the same reason.
"I hope to find out which Medicare will be best for me, so confusing I don't know which way is up," says Shirley.
The coordinator says the most F.A.Q. has been "which plan is right for me?" She says the language of the plan makes it confusing.
"If you use a lot of meds it might be good, but I don't use a lot so it might not be good for me," says Bill Thomason.

Then you fill out an application about your medical history.
Your application is then sent to a room where the staff enters all your info into the computer.
Then a man comes back and explains all your options to you.
"If they want we can automatically enroll them at that point, or pull up the top three plans for them," says Christopher.
That sounds great to those who showed up Tuesday, if they ever get out of line.
If you missed this enrollment you can either call this number, 1-800-669-8387.
